Houston County Arts Council, Inc. was created to develop, expand and promote community interest and appreciation of the arts including theatre, music and, dance performance and instruction as well as visual arts display and instruction. HCAC will reach out to neighboring communities that are underserved in the area of fine arts through providing low cost or no cost exhibits and performances in neighboring communities.
