What artists need to know:

• Showcase hours are Friday and Saturday 10 to 4, Sunday 12 to 4.

• Artists are responsible for their own display. 

• Maximum number of submissions per artist is five (5). Please do not submit any art work previously submitted.

• A limited number of tables and easels are available on a first come/first serve basis.

• Art work must be picked up on Sunday, between 4 and 5pm

• Art work on paper must be framed or matted. All work submitted for display and/or sale must be original compositions.

• No works copied from copyrighted material, any imitations of paintings or works by other artist.

• Registration forms must be received by Aug. 15th, space is limited.

• Registration forms may be mailed to HCAC, P.O. Box 136, Erin, TN 37061.

• Artist must clearly mark their art work if they wish to sell it.

• Houston County Arts Council & volunteers are not responsible for the safety and security of submitted art work. ECPC will be locked outside of event hours.

• The HCAC has the final authority for approving exhibits and reserves the right to prohibit any person or group from displaying artwork.

A VIEWERS' CHOICE award in both divisions will be given on Sunday.
Winners will receive a ribbon and a gift certificate to an area restaurant.
